Artur Ghulyan

Deputy Head of E-center (EUSP center for international education” foundation)

Artur graduated from Russian Armenian University (Yerevan, Armenia) with a BA degree in Law, then completed a master’s degree program “Studies in European Societies” at Saint Petersburg State University. In his master thesis Artur explored the role of the Armenian Apostolic Church in community life of Armenian diaspora in Cologne.

Prior to working in E-Center Artur worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant in Action Against Hunger, a humanitarian NGO.

Throughout his university years Artur was primarily interested in qualitative research. Now he is keen to deepen his skills in quantitative data analytics and is enthusiastic about the use of technologies and big data in social research.
