Iurii Agafonov, a Research Fellow at the Yerevan Center for International Education (YCIE), has co-authored a paper published in Scientometrics. The article, titled “Independent Russian Medical Science: Is There Any?” uses scientometric analysis to examine the evolution of Russian medical research in international journals in recent years and explores the role of international collaboration in driving this change.
The article presents findings from a research project on the publication trajectories of Russian medical professionals, conducted at the EUSP’s Center for Institutional Analysis of Science and Education.
